AI Product Factory

We build the
product. You run
the business.

Gabriola AI turns agentic flow configurations into finished, branded products for specific industries — delivered to clients as a clean dashboard, not a workflow tool to figure out.

How It Works

A flow runs the logic.
A product reaches the client.

Most AI workflow platforms hand you a node graph and ask you to figure the rest out. Gabriola does something different: we configure the flow internally, then emit a finished, branded product interface directly to the end client.

The client never sees a workflow. They see a dashboard built for their business — their invoices, their suppliers, their cash flow, their route. The intelligence is invisible. The product is the point.

01

Configure the flow

We connect integration nodes, LLM reasoning nodes, and logic nodes in a visual builder — tuned for a specific industry problem.

02

Emit via the Generative UI node

A terminal node reads the flow configuration and generates a tenant-specific, branded product interface. This is our core technical differentiator.

03

Client receives a finished product

The end user sees a clean, functional dashboard built for their context — not a tool to configure, not a flow to manage.

04

Context accumulates over time

Each client's data, preferences, and edge cases build inside the platform. The product gets better the longer it runs. Switching cost grows naturally.

Gabriola is not a workflow tool competing with n8n, Make, or Zapier. Those platforms give builders the plumbing. We give specific industries a finished product — built on that plumbing, invisible to the end client.

The moat is not the flow builder. It's the vertical flow templates — pre-built, battle-tested configurations for specific industries that take years to replicate — and the Generative UI emit node, which translates any flow configuration into a client-facing product. No existing workflow tool does this.

Complexity is metered and packaged into simple monthly tiers. The client pays for the product outcome. We absorb the infrastructure.

Current Products

Three verticals. Real problems.
The unglamorous middle.

We focus where enterprise tools are overbuilt and spreadsheets are the current solution. Real problems, underserved buyers, high unit counts, and distribution channels that reward a tight product fit.

Revenue Vertical · Trades & Contracting

Chainsaw.bot
AP automation for Canadian small business.

Chainsaw.bot connects to a company's Gmail inbox and automatically finds supplier invoices, parses them with Claude to extract vendors, amounts, due dates, line items, and tax codes, then routes them through a configurable approval workflow. Once approved, it schedules payments through a Canadian financial institution and syncs everything — bills and payments — to QuickBooks Online.

What the client sees

The product eliminates the manual loop of downloading attachments, re-keying invoice data, chasing approvals, and logging into a bank portal. For a trades or services business processing dozens of supplier invoices a month, that's several hours a week recovered. Supports Interac e-Transfer, EFT/wire, cheque, and credit card payment methods.

Revenue Vertical · Strata & Condo

Strata admin for
self-managed BC & Ontario corporations.

33,955 BC strata plans are on file with the LTSA as of Feb 2025. Roughly 20,000 of them — under 30 lots — have no management company. They run on volunteer labour, spreadsheets, and email threads. A new depreciation report compliance rule (2024) has put every self-managed strata in BC under fresh administrative pressure, with Ontario adding roughly 2× BC's condo corp count on top. Enterprise tools are overbuilt and overpriced; nothing serves the self-managed tier.

What the strata sees

A lightweight admin dashboard covering meeting minutes, levy tracking, depreciation report deadlines, maintenance scheduling, owner communications, and compliance calendars. AI agents handle the recurring paperwork. The council stays in control without needing a management company.

$49–79 CAD / month BC & Ontario self-managed stratas Under development

Revenue Vertical · Coastal Tourism

Operations software for
BC coastal charter operators.

BC has approximately 1,200 licensed fishing, whale-watching, and eco-tour charter operators. Most run 1–3 vessels, operate seasonally, and manage bookings, compliance paperwork, crew scheduling, and departure logistics with a mix of email, paper logs, and generic tools. DFO, Transport Canada, and Parks Canada compliance calendars alone represent dozens of recurring deadlines per season with no dedicated tooling.

What the operator sees

A season-aware operations dashboard covering departure scheduling, manifest management, compliance calendar, crew tracking, and automated guest communications. Priced with a low base rate in off-season months to build goodwill and reduce churn — a per-departure fee activates in-season when revenue flows.

$80–150 / month + $3–5 / departure BC coastal charter operators Under development

Community Support

Built on Gabriola.
For Gabriola.

Gabriola AI maintains three free community projects on Gabriola Island. They run on the same platform as our commercial products and serve as live proof-of-concept for every layer of the architecture.

Community · Ferry

LineupHorn
Know before you go.

A free, community-run app for Gabriola Island ferry riders. Riders in the lineup tap one button — I'm in line — and the signal is shared instantly across the island. When the queue fills up, LineupHorn sends a push notification so you can time your drive instead of sitting at the terminal.

How it works

No account. No login. Install to your home screen, register for your sailing, and let the community do the rest.

Community · Local Currency

Gabriola Republic Dollar
A local currency for a local economy.

Small island communities run on trust and local exchange, but no infrastructure exists to support a local economy outside national banking rails. The Gabriola Republic Dollar is a community-issued currency designed to circulate locally and stay local — rewarding residents for keeping spending on-island.

What the community sees

A lightweight wallet and merchant interface denominated in GRPD. Earn GRPD for local purchases, redeem it at participating island businesses, and watch the local economy reinforce itself.

About

Building in the open. From BC, Canada.

Gabriola AI is a Canadian AI startup building a platform that turns agentic flow configurations into finished, client-facing products for specific industries. We focus where enterprise tools are overbuilt and spreadsheets are the current solution.

Our first two products are InvoiceFlow — AP automation for local trades businesses — and a ferry lineup intelligence tool for BC coast communities. The ferry product is free, public, and serves as our live proof-of-concept for every layer of the platform architecture.

We're in Alpha, onboarding early clients who will shape both the product and the roadmap. If you're a trades business owner, bookkeeper, or island commuter with a problem worth solving, we want to hear from you.

We're in alpha.
Early access is open.

We're onboarding our first commercial clients for InvoiceFlow and building out the ferry product in public. If you run a trades business, work with local contractors, or live on a ferry-dependent route in BC — we'd love to talk.
